Lead Generation & Marketing

In September of 2016, I was hired as Director of Lead Generation at a revolutionary startup in Los Angeles, California called StartEngine.

StartEngine is the premier equity crowdfunding platform changing the startup business model by helping individuals invest in private companies on a public platform for the first time in history. My priorities were to research high-quality leads, acquire and build email lists, and implement email marketing campaigns. These campaigns would go on to strategically scale our reach while funneling leads directly to our business development team.  

With the help of our incredible team, in one year we built the lead generation department from the ground up.

At the end of 2017, I left StartEngine and moved to Zürich, Switzerland with a goal to finish a first draft manuscript based on the true events of sixteen students traveling around the world together. I’m also writing travel content for a language learning company called Pimsleur.
